Overview 

Welcome to The Daily Me. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, store, products, and services. Our store is powered by Shopify. By visiting or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 

 

1. Access & Account 

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer your account to another person. All the information you provide must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information. 

 

2. Products & Services 

All The Daily Me products are for external cosmetic use only. They are not medical devices or pharmaceuticals and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 

AI Skin Analysis & Consultations 

Our skin quizzes and AI Insights provide cosmetic recommendations only. Results are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. Always perform a patch test before full application of any new product. 

Bespoke / Custom Formulations 

Customized products are prepared using pre-approved cosmetic ingredients. Final formulations are specific to your order. Custom products are subject to the same regulatory compliance as our standard range. 

Product Representations 

Colors and appearance may vary by device. Descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that products will meet your individual expectations. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

 

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment 

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins. 

 

4. Refund & Return Policy 

UAE Consumer Rights Apply. 

Opened, used, or bespoke/customized products are final sale and non-refundable. Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging within 7 calendar days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. 

Eligible for Refund or Exchange 

  • Products damaged or defective upon delivery — report within 48 hours with photos/video 

  • Incorrect item received — report within 48 hours of delivery 

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery 

Not Eligible 

  • Opened or used products 

  • Bespoke or customized formulations 

  • Products purchased during final sale or promotions (unless defective) 

  • Change of mind or incorrect shade selection 

Return Process 

Email info@the-daily.me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason. For damaged or defective items, include photographic or video evidence. Await our confirmation and return instructions. Ship items back in original packaging — return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery 

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's sole responsibility. 

 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content, trademarks, logos, and product formulations are the intellectual property of The Daily Me, Shopify, or our licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit any part of our services without prior written permission. User-generated content you submit remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for business purposes. 

 

7. User Responsibilities 

You agree not to use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware or viruses, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated bots or scrapers, or misrepresent your identity. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund. 

 

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability 

The services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, The Daily Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim. Individual results from product use may vary — no specific results are guaranteed. 

 

9. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Daily Me and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use or misuse of our services. 

 

10. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without prior notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us or discontinuing use. Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — remain in effect. 

 

11. Governing Law & Disputes 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably. 

 

12. Changes & Contact 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
