Oily Skin and Pores Care
It is not possible to get rid of, or erase your large pores, but there are ways to reduce their appearance.
Clogged Pores are a combination of excess oil, dead skin, makeup residue, bacteria, pollutants, and other environmental debris. Which is similar to blackheads as they have a dark appearance.
The key to prevent worsening the pores condition is to keep it clean, and as a result appear smaller in size.
So, in order to do that, you should remove all makeup before bed, and cleanse your face twice a day with your suitable gentle cleanser, then use the right moisturizer (non-oily or water-based) such as our Daily Me moisturizer.
Also, don't forget to deep-clean your pores with a clay mask, and use an exfoliating product twice a week to help get rid of dead skin cells that may be clogging your pores. On the other hand, you should avoid squeezing your pores and avoid too much sun exposure.
We recommend you use Salicylic Acid containing cream since Salicylic Acid is a multifunctional ingredient that works to treat and help prevent breakouts while also boosting the release of dead skin cells, helping to prevent clogged pores.
Products that contain Retinol, such as a Retinoid Cream, can also be a powerful tool in helping you unclog the pores on your face. Since Retinol increases the rate of cell turnover and can build collagen over time while also decreasing oil production and getting rid of dead skin cells on the surface of your skin.
Don't forget to use our Niacinamide (B3) products since it works with the natural substances in your skin to help visibly minimize enlarged pores and tighten lax pores.
All these recommendations are helpful in tightening the pores which will make them appear smaller in size.
